Both my parents and my family have been customers for many years and have always had the best service. Excellent communication, lots of patience, kindness, understanding, respectful and always, always leave everything clean! Our air conditioner decided to take a break from this crazy heat, just when opening the windows really wasn’t enough. Called Mr. Furnace to the rescue and a hero came to help us out of the pools of sweat!! lol! Andy, a total, kind gentleman found the issue, explained and showed me the part and problem, checked everything out to make sure we’re not in trouble again, at least for awhile. Happy me!! I had some questions re water heater replacement and plumbing and he explained a bit of all the things Mr. Furnace can help us with, a one stop shop! I love the idea that we can deal with one professional business and not have to look for different companies. We are older so really appreciate the sincerity and honesty Andy showed re purchasing a water heater possibly with a plan for both my parents house and ours. So….all in all, thank you for sending Andy and thank you Andy for representing Mr. Furnace in such a positive way. Oh, have to say, I love the colour of your vans. Always can identify easily when Mr. Furnace is out and about…. Looks so clean and positive somehow. O.k. Long review but our true story! Thanks so much for the years of service and excellent staff!

I had an outstanding experience with Mr. Furnace, and I especially want to recognize Andrew for his exceptional service. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable.
Andrew took the time to thoroughly inspect my air conditioning system and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. He didn’t just fix the issue. He also taught me a lot about how my AC works, what maintenance I can do myself, and how to keep it running efficiently. I really appreciated that he was patient with all of my questions and never made me feel rushed.
It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about educating their customers instead of just getting the job done. Andrew’s honesty, expertise, and attention to detail gave me complete confidence that my system was in great hands.
If you’re looking for a company you can trust, I highly recommend Mr. Furnace. And if you’re lucky enough to have Andrew as your technician, you’re in excellent hands. Thank you for the outstanding service! 10/10

We had our AC serviced by Claude. He is the most trustworthy and competent serviceman you will ever find. Our fan wasn’t working efficiently but Claude discovered the problem and now things are working well. We’ve been fortunate to have had Claude assigned to our annual checkups for almost 10 years. Mr. Furnace Heating and Air Conditioning is an excellent company that I would highly recommend. Their customer service is top notch and it's super easy to book an appointment. The tracking map is a breeze to use, and helps me see exactly when the technician will arrive at my house. George K came to check my air conditioner yesterday and he used his 30 plus years experience to give the unit the maintenance it needed. George K was very professional and polite. He did a great job! Mr. Furnace is a wonderful company with an excellent team. Please call them today if your house needs heating or cooling issues fixed or maintenance done. I have used this company for years and they are awesome!

When my furnace stopped working I was worried I wasn’t going to be able to have anyone come the same evening to repair it. Mathew was able to make it late in the evening and help with that. He was professional, kind, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I’m extremely grateful that good people and hard workers are still out there. Made the whole experience great and I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Thank you again Mathew for your hard work and for saving me money in the process!

Starting from the dispatch from their office to the service technician that serviced our furnace, they were all professional and very accommodating with all the questions and concerns that we had. Don’t let the name of the company fool you, they do not just do furnaces. They offer a lot more services like plumbing and AC. Let them offer you the membership for a fee monthly if you’re not sure of repairs and it will be worth it. You just need to give them a call. I recommend Mr. Furnace and kudos to our technician today, Matthew. Very professional and informed.

Matthew from Mr Furnace did a great job dealing with my Furnace issues. He was on time, professional in attitude, knowledgeable and efficient. He diagnosed the problems and fixed them efficiently. I was pleased that I called this company and I signed up for twice yearly check ups.

These people are not just taking phone calls 24/7 (like Enercare, for example) ; they work 24/7 providing services! I got a technician visit 3 hours after I called for help with my non-running furnace. It was 10 PM ! Bryan (the technician) is a knowledgeable , friendly, and polite person. He identified the issue and fixed it in less than 30 minutes . Pricing is a bit high for the diagnostic call and very high for parts/ labor. However, they waive the diagnostic call cost if the actual repair is done. Bottom line: in case of emergency , these people will help you, but it will cost you a penny.

Matt T. Was very professional. I was allowed to watch him work and explain things to me which I greatly enjoyed. Diagnosing the issue with the furnace. We were able to figure it out and get it up and running. I’m so thankful for his time his skills and experience. In my books if I need another technician, I would prefer him to come back out.

Mr. Furnace came to our rescue on one of the coldest nights this year. They offered an honest assessment and a quick remedy. We ended up having a separate issue they were also able to resolve. I would recommend this company to anyone. Andrew provided amazing service, was able to resolve the issue, was able to explain the issue. Great service. My mom had no heat for over 24 hours and most people we called were not able to come out for another 2 to 3 days. Mr Furnace sent Andrew out the same day we called. Was more than pleased with them.

Mr Furance dispatch and the technician were thorough, personable and knowledgeable. The lady was persistence in getting the proper location. When she was unable to call she then text me and the issue was resolved. Note the issue was me and not the young lady. Technician was personal and tech savvy. He tested the Furance electrical and diagnosed that the thermostat was the issue. Repair completed and tested. The cost had been discussed, the money exchanged and me (customer) was very appreciative. Have discussed some upgrades on near future. Mr. Furnace and their personal did not disappoint. I will be giving high praise to future customers.A high thanks to a job well done by all. Awesome👍

Update: April 24 / 25. Just had Bryan here for our spring checkup on the A/C unit. According to Bryan its in grest shape and all ready for the season ahead.
Bryan did a great job replacing a part on our furnace. He also completed the regular fall tune-up for the furnace aswell. Friendly and very polite.
