Matthew from Mr Furnace did a great job dealing with my Furnace issues. He was on time, professional in attitude, knowledgeable and efficient. He diagnosed the problems and fixed them efficiently. I was pleased that I called this company and I signed up for twice yearly check ups.

Another Update;
The staff at Mr. Furnace were very good at hearing me and offering solutions.
McKenzie, the admin person was very understanding, helpful and kind. When I suggested a solution, she was very receptive and thankful.
The sales guy, Vince was also very sorry for all my troubles and was also very amenable to my solution.
Finally, I think my interactions with Mr. Furnace will improve somethings and the company will benefit for the future.

UPDATE:
So, McKenzie, the admin person called me to apologize. She was very understanding and offered me a better deal to make up for the disappointment.
The new heat pump arrived this morning.
IT DID NOT FIT INTO THE ALLOCATED SPACE!!!!!!
So, I still do not have a heat pump and I am even more disappointed.
Not sure how this company got the good reviews.

I called Mr. Furnace in St. Catharine's on the advice of a local contractor, who suggested that this company may have a product that suits my needs.
Their representative, Vince, came the next day and explained the heat pump to me and how it would work for my situation. So, I decided to buy a heat pump.
Vince informed me that I was expected to pay in advance and that they preferred I pay by cheque, so I wrote a large cheque and Vince booked the installation for today.
Yesterday I received an electronic message reminding me of the installation today. It stated that the technician would arrive "between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm".
This morning I got up early to make sure to be up when the technician arrived. I moved my car so that they would be able to park in the driveway and I removed items from the work zone. I received another confirmation that the technician would arrive as stated. I confirmed and received notification of the confirmation.
NO TECHNICIAN HAS COME TODAY AND NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME. NO HEAT PUMP HAS BEEN INSTALLED!!!
So much for all the great feedback from customers. I am beyond disappointed.

These people are not just taking phone calls 24/7 (like Enercare, for example) ; they work 24/7 providing services! I got a technician visit 3 hours after I called for help with my non-running furnace. It was 10 PM ! Bryan (the technician) is a knowledgeable , friendly, and polite person. He identified the issue and fixed it in less than 30 minutes . Pricing is a bit high for the diagnostic call and very high for parts/ labor. However, they waive the diagnostic call cost if the actual repair is done. Bottom line: in case of emergency , these people will help you, but it will cost you a penny.

Mr. Furnace came to our rescue on one of the coldest nights this year. They offered an honest assessment and a quick remedy. We ended up having a separate issue they were also able to resolve. They got the job done fast even during a snow storm. Thanks so much to Mike for taking care of it all and being so generous with your time.

I would recommend this company to anyone. Andrew provided amazing service, was able to resolve the issue, was able to explain the issue. Great service. My mom had no heat for over 24 hours and most people we called were not able to come out for another 2 to 3 days. Mr Furnace sent Andrew out the same day we called. Was more than pleased with them.

I've always received wonderful service and information from everyone I've interacted with at Mr. Furnace in the five years I've been a client. The service is always kind and helpful.
Luckily, I had the privilege of having Claude come out to my first call, and I'm forever grateful for it. Claude has the brilliant balance of professionalism and personality that makes him stand out by far. Always kind, friendly, and open to explaining and answering questions; not to mention being tremendously knowledgeable, skilled, and determined to get to the root of an issue and fix it.
It's a true relief knowing that they are available to keep my home comfy & cozy all year round.

Mr Furance dispatch and the technician were thorough, personable and knowledgeable. The lady was persistence in getting the proper location. When she was unable to call she then text me and the issue was resolved. Note the issue was me and not the young lady. Technician was personal and tech savvy. He tested the Furance electrical and diagnosed that the thermostat was the issue. Repair completed and tested. The cost had been discussed, the money exchanged and me (customer) was very appreciative. Have discussed some upgrades on near future. Mr. Furnace and their personal did not disappoint. I will be giving high praise to future customers.A high thanks to a job well done by all. Awesome👍

Update: April 24 / 25. Just had Bryan here for our spring checkup on the A/C unit. According to Bryan its in grest shape and all ready for the season ahead.
Bryan did a great job replacing a part on our furnace. He also completed the regular fall tune-up for the furnace aswell. Friendly and very polite.
